In a dramatic turnaround, the Gujarat Giants showcased resilience and skill to secure a remarkable 38-30 victory over the U.P. Yoddhas in a Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 clash in Chennai. The heroics of raider Rakesh, who scored an impressive 14 raid points, combined with Captain Fazel Atrachali’s solid defensive display of 6 tackle points, proved pivotal in the Giants’ success.

Early Yoddhas Dominance

The U.P. Yoddhas, spearheaded by Pardeep Narwal, initially took charge with a 3-2 lead in the fourth minute. Surender Gill’s spectacular Super raid boosted the Yoddhas, extending their advantage to 6-2. A strategically executed All-Out in the 7th minute further strengthened the Yoddhas’ position at 11-4. Despite Sonu’s efforts narrowing the gap to 9-13, the Yoddhas maintained control by the end of the first half at 19-14.
